Coral is the three Organic Gems in western countries together with
pear and amber, and is one of the seven Buddhist Code with luck and
happiness standing for noble and right and becoming the symbol of
happiness forever in eastern countries from ancient time. Especially
in Chinese, it was very popular not only in the decoration for those
rajas, but also the material of rayer beads for many Tibetan Lama
dignitaries' use. Those princes went to court every day wearing the
cap and the bunch of beads which are all made of coral. It is recorded
that the coral is the talisman in the Alkoran of Islam. In modern
society, the coral is the State Gemstone in Hawaii of USA. |
